Another thing which is vital for building your arms is to get the best out of every repetition. You need to make sure you are getting the maximum amount of muscle fibers involved by getting the maximum extension for every repetition.
And we all know that more fibers equal to more growth.

And to make sure you’re getting the right extension, you need to control the weight you are using during the positive and the negative phase of the lift.
And the weight selection is one of the most important things, so you need to make sure you are using a weight you can handle. And if you want to build your arms as fast as you can and also get the most out of the training, you need to perform the lifting as quickly as you can and control the weight.
At the negative phase, you should slowly lower the weight down, and try to hold the release for 2 seconds. It burns, doesn’t it?
