SLEEPING:

Studies show that women who sleep more than seven hours weigh less than those who sleep less than 7 hours. This is because the level of cortisol begins to grow after 10:30pm and 11:30pm, if you are still awake.

Therefore, the ideal time for going to bed is around 10:00pm.

The level of cortisol is usually lower in the evening, but if you stay up late at night, cortisol levels may directly affect your appetite. So either go to bed early or lock the fridge.

 

BEVERAGES:

If you want to lose weight, green tea is the simplest and the most economical solution.

Studies have shown that women who regularly consume tea have lower absorption of cholesterol and triglycerides.

Also, research shows that four glasses of green tea a day can lower blood fat levels, including cholesterol. It should be noted that caffeine has no role here, which means that caffeine is not the cause of such effects.

All you need to avoid is alcohol, carbonated and industrial fruit juices, and you should drink more water and green tea instead.
